Award Winning In Our First Year!

We’re delighted to announce that we have won the LuxLife Award for Global Excellence. This is really a mark of how we are developing as a truly customer-centric company. From our stunning free gift wrapping to our website user journeys, our entire company is based around making it really easy for our customers to purchase a stunning, affordable piece of jewellery that both they and their favourite teen will love. 

It hasn’t been an easy first year: we battled Google Algorithm updates, rush-ordered boxes at Christmas and frequently ordered stock which wasn’t quite right for our customer base. And I’m still not ready to talk about our 2024 Google Ads spend…

But amongst all the day-to-day chaos it’s easy to see our mission.

We’re working to curate a culture of putting the customer first and making their experience flawless. But what does that mean? It means we:

  • Try and approve all our jewellery before uploading it to the website
  • Wrap all our jewellery with pink paper and branded boxes, for free
  • Offer Tracked 48 delivery for free and Tracked 24 for just £1
  • Provide prompt and excellent customer service 
  • Constantly review the website to ensure it’s simple and clear for our customers to use

And this customer-centric approach is really referenced in our 5 star google reviews. We don’t have many and we’re yet to get a review that gives us any less than 4 stars. I’m sure it will happen eventually, and I’ll cross that bridge when I come to it!!
