Which countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the UK, but if you would like to ship an item abroad, please contact us at lucy@jewelleryforteens.co.uk. We may be able to help.

What is your returns & exchange policy?

You can return or exchange orders within 30 days of the order being placed and you will be resposible for any shipping costs associated with the return.
You can’t exchange or return earrings because of reasons of hygiene.

How long will it take to get my order?

If you order before 3pm, we’ll post it the same day. If you order after 3pm, we’ll post it the next day. If you order on a Sunday, we’ll post on Monday.
We always post using Royal Mail First Class and if you spend more than £30, we’ll post your item for free. Royal Mail First Class ensures your parcel arrives in 1 to 2 working days.
You can choose Royal Mail Special Delivery at checkout which ensures your parcel arrives before 1pm the day after it is posted.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay using your debit card, credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

How long does order processing take?

We process and pack orders on the same day we receive them.

How do I cancel/modify my order?

Simply email us at lucy@jewelleryforteens.co.uk and if the order has not yet been sent, we should be able to refund you fully or exchange your item for something else.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by navigating to My Account and Orders. Click here to get there faster (you may have to log in).

What if my order arrives damaged?

We’re really sorry if your order hasn’t arrived in the condition you expect. If your order is damaged, please email us a photo at lucy@jewelleryforteens.co.uk and we’ll ensure you recieve a refund or exchange right away.
We may also ask you to return the item so we can communicate with our suppliers, and will cover the cost of shipping.
