I’m struggling with my discount voucher

When you sign up up our newsletter, a discount code will appear briefly on the screen and will be emailed to you. This is not added automatically when you check out.
Instead, you have to add it manually on the cart page or at checkout.
On the cart, there is a ‘Coupon code’ box below the green ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button.
On the checkout page, you will need to click the ‘Add a coupon’ dropdown and add your code there.

What is your returns & exchange policy?

You can return or exchange orders within 30 days of the order being placed and you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.
You can’t exchange or return earrings because of reasons of hygiene.

How long will it take to get my order?

We process and send all our orders by 3pm each day. If you order after 3pm, then we’ll send it the next day.
All our parcels are sent Tracked 48 by default or you can choose Tracked 24 at checkout. Tracked 48 takes 2-3 days to arrive and Tracked 24 takes 1-2 days. There might be delays in December because of Christmas and these times don’t include Sundays.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the UK, but if you would like to ship an item abroad, please contact us at lucy@jewelleryforteens.co.uk. We may be able to help.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay using your debit card, credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

How long does order processing take?

We process and pack orders on the same day we receive them.

How do I cancel/modify my order?

Simply email us at lucy@jewelleryforteens.co.uk and if the order has not yet been sent, we should be able to refund you fully or exchange your item for something else.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We’re really sorry if your order hasn’t arrived in the condition you expect. If your order is damaged, please email us a photo at lucy@jewelleryforteens.co.uk and we’ll ensure you receive a refund or exchange right away.
We may also ask you to return the item so we can communicate with our suppliers, and will cover the cost of shipping.

Who do I contact if I need help or have a problem?

Simply email lucy@jewelleryforteens.co.uk and we’ll reply the same day, at the latest.

I’m sending my item as a gift, can you not add any prices?

We don’t include any receipts or prices in our orders, as standard. This means you can send them direct.

Where can I track my order?

Royal Mail will send you an email and/or a text with your tracking number and you can check where your parcel is from that. This only applies to orders after 5th December 2024, when we moved to tracked orders as standard.
