Your order will arrive safely packaged in a branded 'Sparkle' jewellery box. This is packaged in an eco-friendly box and protected with pink and peach zig-zag paper.

Eco-Friendly Packaging: All our packaging is recyclable.

Letterbox Size: All our parcels will fit through a standard size letterbox.

A Little Surprise: We add a small packet of love heart sweets to the parcel because we love you for ordering with us!

Free Tracked 48 Delivery: We'll post your order with Royal Mail Tracked 48 for free. Or you can spend £1.00 and choose Tracked 24 at checkout. Royal Mail will contact you with a tracking code so you can keep an eye on your order.

Time From Ordering To Post Box: If you order before 3pm, we'll send your order the same day, unless otherwise stated in the header of our website (we go on holiday sometimes!). If you order after 3pm, we'll send your order the next day.

Time For My Order To Arrive: Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivers in 2-3 days and Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivers in 1-2 days. This doesn't include Sundays.
