Time From Ordering To Post Box: If you order before 3pm, we’ll send your order the same day. If you order after 3pm, we’ll send your order the next day. On weekends, if you order before 11am on Saturday, we’ll post your order on Saturday, otherwise we will post it on Monday.

Time For My Order To Arrive: Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivers in 2-3 days and Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivers in 1-2 days. This doesn’t include Sundays or Bank Holidays.

If you order before 3pm, we’ll send your order the same day. If you order after 3pm, we’ll send your order the next day.

If you order on Saturday before 10.30am, we’ll post your order the same day too. And if you order on Saturday after 10.30am or on Sunday, we’ll post your order on Monday.

If you’d like to return your item because you’re not totally happy with it, you can! Simply email lucy@jewelleryforteens.co.uk and we’ll provide an address you can send it back to. Once we have received the item and confirmed it’s in good condition, we’ll issue you with a full refund. 

If there’s a problem with your piece of jewellery, just send us a picture of the issue and we’ll issue you a refund or a replacement, there’s no need to send it back.
